When you hear the name Everton you think a very good top 10 team but not this year. With 8 games played they have only come away with 8 points. Bad news I think so, but will it send the team past the brink of recovery?
No it definitely will not. Though disheartened by the early struggles Everton is a very strong side with a team to good to lay down and die. With Manchester United, Bolton and Blackburn coming up they should get 4 points and then it's clear sailing with West Brom, Portsmouth and Stoke it will be a good spirit lifter.
